SITE SUPERVISOR | 1 YR CONTRACT (RENEWABLE) | COMPLETION BONUS Monthly Salary of $3,500 - $4,500 - Oversee and manage all site/project work activities. - Prepare project schedule, SITE SUPERVISOR | 1 YR CONTRACT (RENEWABLE) | COMPLETION BONUS Monthly Salary of $3,500 - $4,500 - Oversee and manage all site/project work activities. - Prepare project schedule, monitor, and exercise site control for smooth operation. - Evaluate work sequence and method statement prior to submission. - Co-ordinate site/project works with Main Contractor/Client. - Attend site meetings. - Lead the Project team and workers to full efficiency. - Ensure high-quality works are delivered effectively. - Assist in work safety to achieve a safe working environment. - Any other duties as and when assigned by Company. Requirements - GCE O Level or equivalent - Any relevant BCA trade certification e.g. Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course, CoreTrade and Work at Height (WAH) - Project Management Skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Resourceful and independent Staff Benefits - Annual leave Medical Insurance
