Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards . Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries . To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers . To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule . Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings . To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers . Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship . Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly . Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work. Summary of Qualifications 1. Vocational Certificate in any relevant technical discipline 2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field 3. Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor 4. Good knowledge of local building codes and construction safety regulations 5. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment 6. Possessed of relevant safety certification (SCWSH / BCSS / CSOC / W@H / First Aid etc.) is desirable 7. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills 8. Excellent organizational and communication skills 9. May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.
