Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers
Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely
Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting with subcon
Updating and reporting project progress reports and plan for one week look ahead of activities to be completed.
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Requirements:

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
At least 1 years of working experience in metal roofing, structure or construction industry.
Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies
Good understanding of general construction methods in building and structural details (working drawings)
Good verbal and written communication skills
