Job Description


& Requirements: 1. To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work. 2. To supervise the work of sub-contractors and i n-house workers. 3. Conduct daily inspections for compliance and site safety. 4. Maintain good communication and build positive working relationships 5. Communicate with your staff and encourage team work. 6. Oversee day to day operations of the facility. 7. Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare handle accident reports. 8. Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets. 9. Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires. 10. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality 11. Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs). 12. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or relevant field. 13. Must be a competent person of Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry. 14. Years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles. 15. Reading comprehension of technical documents. 16. Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce. 17. Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients. 18. Strong project management abilities, Professional demeanor and attitude & Confidence to thrive under pressure.
