Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to lead a team of workers in accomplishing task at site;
- Picking up of Bill of Material for raw material requisition at the site;
- Good leadership qualities to lead a team of peers for job completion at the site;
- Attend weekly site meetings and rectify problems raise before;
- Preparation of bi-monthly job completion claim to be signed by QS, Architect, and RE if required;
- Instill and ensure that workers comply and adhere to safety regulations and standards;
- Conduct checks that work orders are issued before commencement of work at the site;
- Recommend work or safety standards especially on the risk management at the site;
- Good communication skill in ensuring that workers and Clerk of Work understand his requirement;
- Coordinating between different contractors are well factors to ensure that work at the site does not cause problems.
