Job Description
Position: Slimming Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Leads training sessions for staff on the proper use of slimming machines.
- Train staff on how to address customer questions related to slimming equipment usage and expected results.
- Create training materials, such as user manuals and instructional videos, for slimming equipment.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate staff proficiency in operating slimming machines and develop strategies to improve their skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the slimming equipment industry and adjust training programs accordingly.
Requirements:
- Possess Certificate and qualification to operate slimming machine such as ultrasound, radio frequency (RF) machines or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in working as a trainer or consultant in the slimming industry.
- Good knowledge of the technical aspects of widely used slimming machines in the market preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
