What You'll Do
Install, wire and integrate smart home devices and automation systems, including lighting, switches, sensors and controllers.
Configure, troubleshoot and maintain smart home networks, controllers and mobile apps.
Provide on-site technical support during and after installation.
Assist project managers in planning, coordinating and executing smart home projects.
Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored smart home solutions.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate system delivery.
Document system setups, configurations and maintenance procedures.
What We're Looking For
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Security Systems, or related field.
Hands-on experience in smart home system installation and integration (Aqara, Tuya, Zigbee, Modbus, etc.).
Knowledge of IoT protocols, wireless communication and home automation networks.
Familiarity with mobile apps or software used for smart home control.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable with on-site work and client coordination.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (liaising with Chinese suppliers).
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawings.
Prior project management or site supervision experience.
Relevant certifications in electrical or smart home systems.
