Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.


Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client Setup up and install smart home devices On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients' premises Setup rules and logic for smart home system Providing customer support Building positive customer relationships Setup Networking solutions within the client's home Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range.

Requirements:

You must speak confidently and enjoy interacting with people. Possess good interpersonal & communication skills Experience and knowledge in Smart Home solutions will be an advantage High aptitude and strong analytical skills Proficient in English. Must have at least basic electrical knowledge (eg. changing wall switches, light strips connections etc) Understand and have experience in networking setup Highly motivated and able to work independently and also work as a team IT Savvy - able to use Microsoft Office / Google Docs/Sheets Fast Learner and quick to adapt to changes The ideal candidate will have strong determination and perseverance.

Job Benefits:

5.5 Days a week work (Need to work Saturday) Aircon Office 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM Training provided Small Team easy to work with
