We are expanding our company and looking for more talented and motivated Telemarketer Intern to join our humble company. The role\'s primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to small and medium enterprise to promote our business banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to the leads we provide and promote our business banking products and services.
• Identifying and understanding customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Generating leads and scheduling appointments for our business consultants.
• Following up with customers and managing customer relationships.
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and sales.
• Updating and maintaining accurate customer data.

Requirement:

• Currently pursing Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachealor\'s Degree in any fields.
• Comfortable in speaking with clients on the phone.
• Follow up with clients promptly.
• Fluent in oral and written expression of English and preferable another local language.
• Able to work independently.
• Working hours is 10AM - 6PM.
