The Digital SME Bank initiative was newly formed to ensure that we are at the forefront of the digital banking revolution. This dynamic team consists of members from diverse banking backgrounds that include senior management, data analysts, risk, product and marketing specialists.

As part of this pioneer team, the candidate will focus on business development to increase OCBC\xe2\x80\x99s market share of SMEs both in Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales acquisition of SMEs within identified ecosystems
  • Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies\xe2\x80\x99 growth.
  • Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
  • Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred.
  • Passionate individual who is innovative and enjoys a dynamic work environment.
  • Good team player with ability to work independently and articulate findings to senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with customers.
  • Highly focused, driven and results-oriented individual.
