• Position Title: Business Development Manager (SME Loan)/ SME Loan Sales Consultant
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday - 9 am to 6:30 pm; Friday, 9 am to 6:00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $5,000 + Commission
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a clear explanation of the various types of loan and credit options alongside their contractual terms to the client.
• Follow up closely on qualified leads, preparing proposals, meeting, and doing presentations for qualified clients.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base.
• Building rapport and maintaining a good professional relationship with clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs to develop growth strategies.
• Preparing loan proposals for credit approval and assisting in Collections to follow up with customers who default on payments.
• Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
