• To own processes and manage independently on process/inline/ET/yield issues to meet line yield/sort yield/ET target performance.
• To lead and execute systematic process transfers from TD or Process Integration group for mass production and thereby maintain or improve process robustness and manufacturability.
• Technical lead to proactively identify and prioritize key process weaknesses and marginality issues and to develop and deliver robust and cost-effective technical solutions for baseline continuous improvement to yield/quality/productivity and cost.
• To be responsible to own, develop and deliver process customization and developing derivatives process projects
• To work closely with module process/equipment engineers to improve recipe robustness and overall process integration.
• To provide technical advice and guide junior engineers for continuous process yield and quality improvement.
• Proficiency in process integration and device technical lead in cross functional task forces to drive technical solutions to process challenges raised, ET and yield related issues.
• To use statistical knowledge (e.g. DOE, ANOVA, SPC) and continuous enhance systematic problem-solving techniques (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys) to determine root causes for sort yield and ETEST issues as well as developing robust and cost effective containment/corrective/preventive action plans.
• Work closely with Yield Defect Density/Modules engineers to swiftly contain high DD and inline excursions and find root causes and provide working solutions.
• Develop and continuous improving and enhancing effective yield recovery and enhancement methodologies.
• To support PCRB and MRB reviews with proper technical risk assessment and ensure no technical misses.
• Independent and proficient in manage and resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 technically issue.
• Responsible for wafer quality to conform to product requirements and have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.

Required Qualifications:

• PHD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years in process integration is required
• Hands-on experience is required on electrical bench testing, data analysis tool, simple FA (SEM) and in-line measurement tools (scope, thickness, CD SEM)
• In-depth understanding of device physics and process integration
• Medium understanding of mask making tools (design rule, generation rule, OPC)
• Basic understanding of circuit layout and functions
• Basic understanding of device simulations (SPICE, IA, TCAD)
• Basic understanding of FA principles
