As a Senior Network & Security Consultant Cyber EndPoint+NW Sec, you'll be responsible to designed to meet critical business objectives by applying industry knowledge and technical expertise to solve complex network security challenges. The role holder is responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the organization's

firewall infrastructure

, leveraging tools like AlgoSec for policy management and integrating them with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.


What will you do?


Design, deploy, and support Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Sophos firewall infrastructures (or equivalent) in large enterprise environments Design, deploy and support firewall management solution from Algosec and FireMon or equivalent to streamline policy management and enhance overall security posture Develop and enforce security standards for network and perimeter security platforms Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on systems and networks Troubleshoot complex security issues and analyze security anomalies Configure firewalls and other network security devices Manage firewall policies, rules, and objects to ensure optimal performance and security Perform firewall upgrades, migrations, and implement high availability configurations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement appropriate network monitoring and security measures Utilize automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform to configure and manage network security equipment



The ideal candidate should possess:


Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in network security engineering. Essential qualifications include: Proven experience implementing and managing AlgoSec, FireMon or equivalent firewall management solution Strong expertise in

Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto and/or Sophos firewall technologies

In-depth knowledge of network protocols, IP networking, and computer security principles Experience with VPN/SSL implementation and encryption technologies Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Hands-on experience using Ansible and Terraform for network security equipment configuration and automation Due to government project sensitivity, we will only consider Singapore Citizen
