Job Description

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in project management of Mediacorp\'s long-term transformation program, including working closely with the managers of specific projects to support delivery and execution and working closely with HR to provide input for the curation of related training and development programs
• Organise and manage the annual updating of Mediacorp\'s transformation priorities via tracking of market trends and organizing and facilitating workshops
• Ensure that insights and knowledge from the transformation projects are effectively shared across the project teams and Mediacorp management to drive towards stronger and more connected project outcomes
• Work with other departments (e.g. HR, Corporate Communications) to develop and implement plans to inculcate Mediacorp\'s transformation across the company, raise awareness via structured internal comms and integrate human capital requirements with employee development programs
• Support with the delivery and management of Mediacorp\'s internal innovation program, including organizing and facilitating regular hackathons, providing guidance for innovation teams, and following through with outcomes to ensure innovative proposals become reality
• Work with other members of the Corporate Development team to support the development of partnerships with other media ecosystem players (e.g. development agencies, IHLs, content creators, platform operators, \xe2\x80\xa6)
• When required, support the Head of Corporate Development and Business Unit Heads in the creation of clear, concise papers and presentations that explain strategic and business development opportunities to senior leadership

Requirements

• A recognised university degree or diploma holder with at least 8 years working experience in a Corporate / Business Development and / or Corporate Innovation role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines
• Experience managing long-term programs that stretch across multiple business units and stakeholders, ideally with experience in corporate innovation and / or business transformation work
• Experience organizing, preparing and facilitating brainstorming workshops
• Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, ownership, responsiveness and diplomacy in managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence, guide and make recommendations to senior executives
