• Setting the roster for regular and ad-hoc sanity support across all digital channels
• Maintain the leave schedule and help the team to plan for the off-office hour support
• Monitor the test execution and escalate issues and problems
• Monitor the testing environment health and bring in the timely help to ensure the execution.
• Help the team to improve the testing methodology to improve the efficiency

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Understand online\'s business logic and Singtel\'s product policies
• Understand the new feature\'s requirements
• Work out the test planning
• Write the test cases and prepare test data
• Execute the test cases according to the plan
• Work with the development team to rectify the issues found during the testing.
• Sign off after the test execution is completed.

Sanity Support

• Support all digital channels (Online, MSTA, Hi!App, GOMO, Heya)
• Understand and prepare the test data
• Perform the sanity test to ensure the deployment is successful
• Help in production issue investigations

Skills for Success:

• Min 5 years on quality assurance execution
• Strong knowledge on online business
• Strong knowledge on Singtel\'s product policies
• Basic knowledge on the online technology
• Attention to details
• Good inter-personal skills for better collaboration
• Good influence skills
