If you share our vision and possess the qualities we seek, do join us!What you will be working on:You will be part of the Human Resource (HR) team and be responsible for the following areas: xe2x80xa2 Lead in the review and implementation of performance management-related policies and processes to recognise and reward officers, including performance-related payments. xe2x80xa2 Conduct job evaluation, salary and scheme reviews, including the review of salary and scheme proposals from MOT's SBs as part of MOT Family HR governance. xe2x80xa2 Review work processes regularly as part of continuous improvement and collaborate with other teams on digitalisation projects and events.What we are looking for:You should be a Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience or relevant experience in the public sector. The ideal candidate is meticulous, a good communicator, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team. Tech-savvy candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP-based HR systems will be preferred.About Ministry of Transport:The Mission of Ministry of Transport is to develop Singapore's land, sea and air transport sectors so as to enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life in a knowledge-based economy. MOT oversees the development and regulation of the following sectors: xe2x80xa2 Civil Aviation and Air Transport xe2x80xa2 Maritime and Ports xe2x80xa2 Land Transport Besides providing an efficient and cost-effective transportation in Singapore, it also strives to make Singapore an international civil aviation and maritime centre for the region. The ministry sets the strategic and policy direction while operations and regulatory works are carried out by the statutory boards under its charge. There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
