Primary Purpose:

System Management: Manage and coordinate the organization\'s computer systems, including servers, networks, and software applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of system administrators. providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective system management and operations.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with architech to develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the organization\'s overall business objectives. Identify system needs, evaluate potential solutions, and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.

System Implementation: Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and integration of new systems and technologies. Ensure proper testing and documentation of system implementations, adhering to project timelines and budgetary constraints.

Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization\'s systems, networks, and data. Stay updated with project best practices and compliance regulations to ensure systems meet security requirements.

Incident Management: Oversee the resolution of system-related incidents and problems, coordinating with the system administration team and other IT teams. Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize system downtime and mitigate risks.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting system performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvements.

Technology: Backup, SAN, AD DS, Microsoft and Linux operating system and VMware Vsphere

7-10 years of experience.
