Job Description
You will be part of a team responsible for leading the processing of prescriptions, medication management and other administrative duties in the intermediate and long term care setting.Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities
- Provide quality customer service
- Staff Training & Development
- Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operations
- Assist in the setup of medication management system at new ILTC facilities
- Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in running ambulatory care clinics or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes is an advantage.
- Possess good initiative, drive and ability to work in in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant clinical competencies, medication safety
- Soft skills - eg: communication skills, coaching/mentoring skills,etc
- Supervisory and leadership skills, quality improvement, change management, etc
- Sponsorships for post-graduate studies
