We're searching for an

Infra & Ops Manager

to be part of our diverse team of talents here at NCS!



Overview



In this role, the Operations Manager shall be the single point-of-contact for all operations-related matters to the Customers and be present at all management meetings. If he is not available, he shall be duly represented by a person of equal or higher authority, who shall have good knowledge of the services to be delivered, status and issues under this Contract.

What we seek to accomplish together:

Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversee administration of servers, networks, storage, databases and cloud systems Provide timely incident resolution and user support through effective coordination and troubleshooting. Lead the deployment and support of on-premises and cloud-based servers and network infrastructures. Ensure infrastructure capacity meets current and future needs through effective monitoring and upgrades. Monitor and optimize compute, storage, and network resource utilization Establish team activities within and across teams to ensure delivery against SLAs and strategic objectives Maintain project documentation, update stakeholders, and support governance processes. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

A little bit about you:

Degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields Possess at least 6 years of system or network administration, backed by relevant certifications Possess at least 6 years of relevant IT Infra operations management experience especially in infrastructure planning, data centre operations, network, server platform, EUCD management and systems management Hands on experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, systems and server management Experience in data centre with at least fifty (50) racks of servers and a user base of about one thousand five hundred (1,500) users would be ideal ITIL Foundation certified Strong troubleshooting skills for complex IT infrastructure issues Must possess good planning and organization skills
