We are seeking a Technical Manager role to oversees technical projects, teams, and resources within a company, ensuring that technical activities align with business goals. They are responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies, managing technical teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time. This role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and designing of new engineering system

Responsibilities:

Leading and Managing Technical Teams on Land Transport Road/Automotive system related projects. Developing new PCB design on Land Transport Road projects and Implementing Technical Strategies. Managing Technical Projects and High level of Troubleshooting Technical Issues. Developing and Managing Technical Training to internal team and customer vendors. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills on current and new Land transport Road projects. Staying Current with Technology Trends on Intelligent Land Transport projects. Strong Leadership, Management Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills

The ideal profile should have:

Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering and PCB design skills or Automotive engineering/design related field. At least 5 years of proven experience as a technical role in Engineering. Demonstrated experience in managing teams, projects, and resources is crucial. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Project management in Electrical & Electronics engineering and PCB design expertise or Automotive engineering/design with data analysis skill. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
