As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manufacturing), you will be involved in:

• Providing support day to day manufacturing activities through material review board.
• Managing and controlling materials in the line and outgoing quality assurance.
• Managing Manual and Automatic Visual Inspection at final inspection gate.
• Defect disposition and real time problem analysis feedback to process / Manufacturing.
• Ensuring discrepancies & non-conformance is corrected effectively and rapidly.
• Identifying on non-quality pareto for improvement action plan.
• Ensuring solutions to be implemented to ensure a smooth process flow with high quality, high yield & low cost.
• Performing Customer orientated process audit.
• Ensuring compliance with all quality operations systems within the Fab and cross function departments.
• Ensuring all quality criteria are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures.
• Supporting internal and external customer quality issue.
• Supporting internal, external and 3rd party audit.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Physic/ Quality Management
• Preferable two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in the various quality systems e.g. IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO 14000, VDA6.3 etc
• Experience in semiconductor industry (front end manufacturing and experience in inspection control/defect analysis) will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with good team working mindset.
