The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for an Intern in Digital marketing, Communication and Events for a 3 months internship starting from the end of September 2024.The Events and Communication Assistant will be working in the Member Services and Communication Department of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, with a special focus on So Chic platform:, an initiative from the French Chamber of Commerce, is the first and exclusive platform to support, promote and showcase French Lifestyle in Singapore, offering the opportunity to discover Singapore-based French brands in Fashion, Beauty, Home & Decoration, Art, and Restaurants.Internship responsibilities:Assist the So Chic & Committee Manager on various topics:\xc2\xb7 So Chic platform and committee management:- Assist the team with new projects from the launching phase- Assist on So Chic Data Analytics & report- Assist on the day to day management of So Chic Retail & Dining Guide- Follow up on existing brand partners and search for new brand partners- Management of the French Chamber / So Chic Privilege Card- Update the privileges offered by members on the Website\xc2\xb7 Digital content:- Update and participate to the content editorial planning on the different communication platforms.- Partnership coordination with the So Chic brands: brand news, campaigns, communication etc- In charge of the day to day content production: visuals, campaign content etc\xe2\x80\xa6- Website\xc3\x98 Writing articles for our publications: So Chic Website, social media and Focus magazine- Creation and update of So Chic brand pages and social media\xc3\x98 Organization and Follow up on Instagram campaigns (\xe2\x80\x98Giveaways\xe2\x80\x99 or others)\xc3\x98 IG, Facebook page animation and posts- Newsletter\xc3\x98 Prepare and send the So Chic Newsletter\xc2\xb7 Events:- Assist and participate actively in the organization of the So Chic French ExperiencesConduct monitoring on Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s events and opportunitiesRequirements\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.Appetite for digital marketing, content production and event managementLanguages: Fluent in English and French is a plus to liaise with the clients.\xc2\xb7 Excellent oral, written and presentation skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to promote French Chamber Services\xc2\xb7 Soft skills: Pro activity, creativity, communication skills, team player attitude, autonomy\xc2\xb7 Hard skills: software such as Canvas, IA toolsRequirements\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.Appetite for digital marketing, content production and event management
Languages: Fluent in English and French is a plus to liaise with the clients.
