Our mission is to be a force of good, fostering a more inclusive local workforce and shaping cleaning practices for social impact.

Purpose of Role





S/he is a key, dual-focused role responsible for driving people growth and revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution and sustainability of our inclusive employment and training programs. S/he will be one of the key team members, translating our social mission into a compelling business proposition.

Key Responsibilities




1) Business Development and Revenue Growth




identify prospect and secure new commercial and corporate clients, leveraging our unique social enterprise model. develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. work to expand revenue stream from the teamby identifying and approach new clients. Collaborat on marketing and public relations efforts to raise brand awareness and highlight Company's social mission.

2) Inclusive Training and Program Management




Lead the implementation and formalization of the Vocational Training Programme (VTP) for new hires. overseeing on-job-training (OJT) ensuring effective skill transfer and employee integration. Act as one of the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including Job placement officers (JPOs) and social service agencies, to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates and consistent support.

Qualifications/Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships. Strong understanding of, or a passion for, social enterprises and the inclusive employment sector. excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. experience in program management, training, or related field is a strong plus a compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders, including beneficiaries and caregivers. * ACLP/ACTA is a bonus
