Social Media Account SpecialistKey Account for South East Asia/OceaniaSalary up to $4000+ Incentives _ other benefits5 days/week / Mon- Fri- 7am-4pm/ 9am-6pmLocation: EastOur client is one of the largest contact centre in the world. They are seeking an Account Specialist (Oceania and South to market their social media products to clients in Oceania region.Responsibilities
- Contacting client who have an appointments made with regards to their needs in the social media product.
- Provide them most suited advertisement package according to the budgets and requirements
- Identify and analyze customers' issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs.
- Convert enquiries to sales
- Must have 1 year sales experience in marketing sales and be able to make cold call
- Fluency in English language is a must as you are required to liaise with media and agencies that are English Speaking
- Working hours Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- Day shift
