Plan, execute and optimize marketing activities across all digital platforms, such as Instagram/Facebook/Telegram/Tik Tok.
Identify and propose strategies to optimize SEO, SEM, EDM and digital advertising to increase brand awareness.
Identify emerging digital marketing trends and propose relevant strategies to optimize digital spending and performance.
Respond to customer reviews and queries on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital channels.
2. Trade Marketing
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and vendors on branding and marketing projects.
Create marketing collaterals for in-store campaigns and brand events.
3. PR & Marketing Activity
Media monitoring across traditional and digital platforms.
Media/PR kit concept creation, sourcing and dissemination.
Monitoring, compilation and reporting of brand and competitors' PR activities.
Main contact point for all media requests and enquiries.
Support event planning, including consumer activations, liaising with retail/brand partners, preparation of media kits, goody bags/GWPs and post-reporting.
Job Requirements
Proven relevant work experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing and social media management, with a good understanding of digital performance matrix.
Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
Possess a creative eye and good sense of aesthetics, and strong attention to details
Written and spoken English skills are essential for ad content creation and copywriting.
Passion for the beauty industry and stay updated with the latest beauty trends.
Possess knowledge and skills in video shooting, Adobe photoshop and illustrator would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, telegram, TikTok)
Degree in Marketing, Communications or New Media.
