We're a fast-growing education brand on a mission to help students study smarter and happier -- not harder. Our social media content reaches thousands weekly, inspiring students, parents, and teachers through storytelling, street interviews, and educational whiteboard videos.
If you're passionate about creating meaningful content that changes lives -- and love the challenge of turning ideas into viral-worthy videos -- this role is for you.

• Your Role

You'll be part of our content team, bringing Bright Culture's storytelling approach to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and execute content ideas across our 3 main pillars: * Storytelling videos -- heartfelt, motivational pieces that move students and parents. * Street interviews -- engaging, spontaneous and insightful. * Educational whiteboard videos -- creative, fast-paced explainers that simplify tough topics.
Edit at least 5 videos per week (for platforms like TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Shorts).
Host videos confidently on camera and collaborate during on-site shoots.

Whiteboard: "Master the Mole Concept: Quick Exam Strategy for Chemistry"
Storytelling: "Master Science Basics: Free Webinar for Sec 1 & 2"

• Who We're Looking For

Someone who:
Genuinely connects with our mission of empowering students, parents, and teachers *
Has prior experience in video editing, hosting, and shooting for social media brands.
Can replicate or exceed our current production standard -- both in storytelling and editing flair.
Thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and communicates openly within the team.

• Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup -- Work from home with on-site shoots at: 183B Thomson Road, Goldhill Shopping Centre, Singapore 307628 (On-site hours are included within total working time.)
Full-Time: ~40 hours/week
Part-Time: ~20 hours/week
