About This Role

As a Social Media Associate at Circles.Life, you\'ll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of social media management experience, a passion for digital trends, and a creative mindset.

As a Social Media Associate, your key objectives will be to:

Content Creation:

• Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels (both directly and via social listening tools), responding to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive interactions with the online community and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive community environment.

Campaign Management:

• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement innovative and creative approaches to enhance social media presence.

Reporting:

• Track key social media metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
• Provide insights into audience behavior and content effectiveness.

Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology, telecom and creating positive user experiences
