We\'re looking for a Social Media and Community Specialist to join our team in Singapore as part of our Marketing function.

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Social Media & Community Specialist to acquire and, importantly, engage the fintech community on social media. The purpose of this role is to grow brand awareness, engagement, af\xef\xac\x81nity as well as lead generation in line with the marketing strategy and plan. You will have experience in developing community engagement strategies, delivering increased engagement rates and a shift in positive sentiment, capturing and fuelling word of mouth through fresh, interesting and innovative social media content.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gain a strong understanding of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences in Asia, their needs and interests and what makes them tick
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, PR Manager and event marketers to create a social media calendar in line with the marketing calendar as well as business priorities
  • Act as the responsive voice of the Money20/20 brand, monitoring conversations and managing the daily operations for organic social media
  • Own Money20/20 campaign initiatives, including promotion of content and digital events for the purpose of engagement, demand and lead generation and acquisition
  • Translate campaigns into social media strategies and produce regular social video content and live moments, aligning messaging and work closely with in-house Design Studio and Video team to produce creative and video assets to support those campaigns
  • Create a strategic framework to work with the audience pro\xef\xac\x81les, purpose, creative strengths, and algorithms of each platform
  • Be proactive about bringing new, innovative ideas to the table on how to grow reach and engagement with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s social audiences, regularly testing content formats
  • Be on top of latest social media trends and best practices and quickly adapt social media strategies and tactics based on them
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers and in\xef\xac\x82uencers
  • Partner with the PR Manager to create campaigns that integrate social and PR
  • Analyse performance and impact, reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly insight and analytics updates

Skills, experience and qualifications required

Your skills:
  • Exceptional copywriting skills. Your copy has stopping power, makes people think and dream
  • Creativity and storytelling: you are an unlimited source of creative, original ideas to create social content that people want to spend time with and talk to others about
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive self-starter, who does not need to be told what to do, you will be resourceful in order to \xef\xac\x81nd solutions to any challenge
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business - especially when bridging the gap between our content and our brand - and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work well with a diverse team and build relationships across the business
Your qualifications & experience include:
  • Degree in communications/marketing/English/related \xef\xac\x81eld or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok
  • Proven experience in proactively leading on the creation of social campaigns that have driven exceptional audience engagement. Can you say that you\xe2\x80\x99ve grown a true fan base?
  • An interest in \xef\xac\x81ntech would be advantageous
  • Experience with Google Analytics is not essential but is a positive
