Job Title: Social Media Events Contract Staff
Duration: November 14 to 16 (2.5 days)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Events Contract Staff for a three-day event. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for capturing engaging content, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively contribute to the online presence of our event.
Responsibilities
1. Live Social Media Coverage
- Provide real-time coverage of the event on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, and updates throughout the day.
2. Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of key moments, activities, and participants.
- Develop creative and compelling captions to accompany social media posts.
- Encourage event attendees to participate in social media activities (e.g., using event hashtags).
3. Engagement and Interaction
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages related to the event.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with the online audience in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Coordination with Event Team
- Collaborate with the event organizers to stay informed about the schedule and important highlights.
- Coordinate with any other event staff involved in social media activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media engagement.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse audience.
- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with relevant event hashtags and social media trends.
Equipment
Candidates must have their own smartphone or camera for capturing content.
