The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Content creation for online engagement, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels especially TikTok.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Analyzing & monitoring content performance and optimizing social content to reach out to target audiences
• Monitoring emerging social media trends, topics, hashtags, and new functions to improve and grow our brand\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence
• Engaging with online feedback/enquiries daily, including replying to comments and DMs in a timely manner.
• Record compliments and complaints received by customers.
• Assist with company events, promotions, and on-site video recording for content.
• Generate social media statistics to improve online content.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Possesses a Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
