part-time Social Media & Content Curator
to help manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram and other social platforms.
The ideal candidate will create and post content with intention--crafting minimalist, meaningful captions and curating visuals that align with Alphons' brand ethos of quiet luxury and cultural depth. This role involves collaborating with the creative team on campaign rollouts, scheduling posts with clear purpose, and engaging with our audience to build a genuine community.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (videos, reels, stories, photos) aligned with Alphons' quiet-luxury visual direction.
Manage daily social media activities: scheduling posts, updating highlights, maintaining profile aesthetics, and monitoring platform trends.
Develop monthly content calendars, campaign teasers, and shot lists, and support creative planning for upcoming drops.
Write compelling captions and micro-stories reflecting the brand's voice, identity, culture, and luxury positioning.
Support influencer and creator coordination, including outreach, product seeding, tracking content, and managing submissions.
Engage with the community by responding to DMs and comments while maintaining high-quality brand communication.
Prepare weekly analytics reports (reach, impressions, engagement, follower quality) and provide insights to improve content performance.
Organise and maintain all media assets (photos, videos, captions, brand files) in Notion/Google Drive.
Assist in campaign logistics, photoshoots, video shoots, and content production across different environments.
Ensure every piece of content meets Alphons' brand standards -- clean, premium, minimal, and storytelling-driven.
Support launch periods, events, newsletters, and key content pushes.
E-Commerce & Shopify Coordination
Support Shopify updates across products, imagery, and campaign elements to ensure the website reflects Alphons' quiet luxury aesthetic.
Assist with product uploads, basic inventory adjustments, and simple order-related updates.
Maintain clean and aligned visuals across all Shopify touchpoints.
Coordinate with the creative and operations team for launch, restock, and drop-related updates.
Physical Presence & Travel
Occasional in-person meetings with the Founder or Creative Director as needed.
Physical presence required for selected photoshoots, video shoots, or key content productions.
Rare but possible travel for shoots or brand-related projects (travel-related costs covered by the company).
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for minimalistic and elevated visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Interest in fashion, culture, and lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Working Hours & Compensation
Part-time: minimum
25 hours per week
(flexible schedule).
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
