We're Hiring: Social Media / Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Social Media / Digital Designer

to craft compelling content that defines our visual identity across social media platforms. In this role, you'll blend creativity with strategy to produce content that drives engagement and tells our brand story in fresh, vibrant ways.

What You'll Do:

Design compelling static and animated graphics for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, and LinkedIn Translate marketing goals into creative and impactful visual assets Partner with marketing and content teams to roll out engaging campaigns and branded content Keep up with digital design trends and platform updates to ensure relevance Maintain a cohesive brand look and feel across all digital content Reformat and customize content for various audiences and channels Manage digital design files, templates, and asset libraries

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of social media experience with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva Experience in video editing and basic animation for social platforms Understanding of visual design principles and digital best practices High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines A passion for creative storytelling and digital culture Photography skills and experience in short-form video production, will be a plus
