. With more openings ahead, we're expanding our in-house content & marketing team.

Role Title

Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Content & Social:

Plan monthly content calendars; post to

Instagram & TikTok

(feeds, Reels, Stories), and reply to comments/DMs.

Video Creation:

Shoot short-form content in-store; edit in

CapCut/Premiere

; add hooks, captions, and on-brand text.

Design:

Create posters/menus/IG stories using

Canva

(Adobe Ps/Ai a plus) for online + in-store screens.

Campaigns:

Support promos, openings, collabs, KOL/influencer invites; prepare simple briefs and deliverable checklists.

Reporting:

Track weekly metrics (reach, saves, ER, profile visits, messages, clicks, bookings) and suggest improvements.

Basic Ads (nice to have):

Set up/monitor simple

Meta/TikTok ads

(boosts, objectives, audiences, UTM links).

Must-Have Skills

Strong

short-form video

skills (shoot + edit) for IG/TikTok Canva proficiency; good sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency Clear written English; organized, fast, and detail-oriented Comfortable filming in restaurants and working cross-brand

Work Details

Location:

33 Tras Street, Singapore

(on-site role; occasional shoots at odd hours) Schedule: 5-day work week (one weekend/evening shoot day when needed) Compensation:

$2,500-$4,000

/month (DOE) + staff meals + dining perks Start:
