Responsibilities:

1?? Social Media Strategy

Develop impactful content strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and more. From campaigns to carousels, memes to motion -- you'll be hands-on from idea to post.

2?? Social Media Content Creation

Own the content calendar and deliver scroll-stopping videos, images, and posts that align with brand goals. Plan, script, and storyboard short-form content quickly and effectively. Capture real-time, behind-the-scenes and campaign-driven content.

3?? Creative Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with editors to bring bold content ideas to life. Represent the agency and bring bold content ideas to pitch decks and proposal meetings.

4?? Learn, Test, Iterate

Stay on top of social trends, test content formats, and contribute to the constant evolution of our content game.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media content creation or marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing social media content. Skilled in planning, scripting, and producing short-form videos. Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and what keeps people scrolling. Strategic thinker with a positive attitude and confidence to take ownership.
