Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across multiple social media platforms.
• Work with outlet managers and marketing team to promote seasonal menus, campaigns, and events.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, reviews, and messages to maintain a positive online presence.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
• Keep up with digital trends and suggest new ideas to grow audience engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills; basic knowledge of design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands/outlets at once.
