We are seeking an experienced and driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager based in Singapore, with a strong command of the evolving influencer marketing space and deep familiarity with Gen-Z culture and content trends.
In this role, you'll take the lead in developing social media strategies, crafting campaign decks, and managing influencer partnerships. From content ideation to influencer outreach and execution, you'll play a key role in shaping branded digital storytelling for regional and youth-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
Develop campaign decks with clear content pillars, trend insights, and platform-native strategies.
Guide content direction across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Write and edit compelling captions and campaign copy aligned with brand tone and objectives.
2. Influencer Marketing Leadership
Lead influencer marketing strategy -- from tiering and budget allocation to timeline planning.
Oversee influencer recruitment, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
Manage influencer contracting and ensure timely content delivery.
3. Campaign Execution & Collaboration
Support internal teams and influencers with content briefing and ideation.
Contribute creative concepts during team brainstorms that are both relevant and strategically aligned.
Maintain alignment between campaign objectives, influencer output, and brand messaging.
4. Trend Monitoring & Platform Insights
Track Gen-Z behaviours, social trends, and emerging formats, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Stay current with influencer landscape shifts, content styles, and engagement patterns.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Own influencer campaign reporting, analysing performance data and identifying key insights.
Leverage tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Centre, and Google Analytics for tracking and evaluation.
Experience and Attributes:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in KOL/influencer marketing, ideally across regional or youth-centric campaigns.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and platform-specific storytelling styles.
Proficient in content strategy, copywriting, and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
Strong deck-building skills and comfortable presenting campaign ideas internally and externally.
Confident in influencer management, from outreach to contracting and relationship growth.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple moving parts across campaigns and timelines.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive).
Familiar with key analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Meta, TikTok Creator Centre, Google Analytics).
