dtcpay is a regulated payment service provider that offers reliable solutions for merchants to grow revenues with increased acceptance rates across fiat and cryptocurrency. Our client\'s customers benefit from frictionless payment experiences, whether they are using our award-winning POS+ terminal in-store or using our online checkout solution.

Founded in 2019 in Singapore, dtcpay is a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and offers Digital Payment Token (DPT) services. We have expanded our global footprint with regulated subsidiaries in the Americas, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

dtcpay is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to assist our marketing team in creating and publishing marketing collateral. This role works closely with the team to build on existing marketing initiatives, to attract new users from different demographics, as well as improve engagement with our existing community.



Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in creating and curating engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, graphics, photos, and videos

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage different social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

\xe2\x97\x8f Measure and report on community-related metrics with a focus on driving impact

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond appropriately, or escalate to the appropriate team member as needed

\xe2\x97\x8f Leverage market data by researching market trends and proposing new strategies

\xe2\x97\x8f Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply these insights to strategy

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f A good understanding of social media best practices, involving: creating engaging content, effective usage of hashtags and keywords, monitoring social media metrics

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong written and verbal communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible, organised and able to proactively find different solutions to challenging situations

\xe2\x97\x8f Passionate in growing and engaging communities

\xe2\x97\x8f Keen eye for detail and design

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to start immediately on a full-time basis for minimum 3 months
