Job Description

ZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate team member interested in fashion to join our regional team. This role is responsible for supporting the brand communications team in Singapore for PR and Social Media campaigns. Your work will focus on a range of writing and graphic design, primarily focusing on creating social media content and influencer marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Develop social media content for all active channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and Youtube
• Assist with photoshoots, editing images and/or videos
• Must be comfortable in front of the camera, must be okay to be featured in some of our video content
• Content copywriting
• Plan and schedule weekly social content
• Assist with weekly and monthly social media reports
• Community management - reply to relevant comments or questions on the ZALORA accounts

Influencer Relations

• Plan and manage influencer initiatives
• Provide the team with support in the development and execution of social media campaigns
• Identify suitable influencers for specific campaigns

Event Management

• Conduct research to support the PRSM team
• Assist in event coordination and on-ground support

Administrative Tasks

• Media loan and other types of media requests
• Any other ad-hoc matters

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
• Possesses a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and details
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator. After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
• Undergraduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies/Graphic Design or related fields
