Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, graphics, photos, and videos
• Manage different social media platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube including posting.
• Measure and report on community-related metrics with a focus on driving impact
• Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond appropriately, or escalate to the appropriate team member as needed
• Reach out to the influencers and collaborate with them to promote the services
• Leverage market data by researching market trends and proposing new strategies
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply these insights to strategy
• Participate in brainstorms for creative ideas, campaigns, and competitions

Requirements

• A good understanding of social media best practices, involving: creating engaging content, effective usage of hashtags and keywords, monitoring social media metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Responsible, organised and able to proactively find different solutions to challenging situations
• Passionate in growing and engaging communities
• Keen eye for detail and design
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Able to start immediately on a full-time/Part-time basis for minimum 3 months
