to help us expand our reach and engage our community!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Manage content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms. Collaborate with the team to showcase classes, workshops, events, and student artwork creatively. Monitor trends in the art and education industry and implement innovative ideas. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach. Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments promptly to build relationships with our audience. Coordinate with photographers and videographers for high-quality content production.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management (preferably in the education, arts, or lifestyle industry). Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Passion for art, education, and working with children is a plus! Basic photography and videography skills are a bonus.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
