Job Scope:

We are looking for a creative, multi-skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of growing our brand presence, driving website traffic, and managing talent partnerships. This role combines social media strategy, and influencer/talent management into one exciting position. You will work across multiple platforms, campaigns, and projects to deliver measurable growth and strong brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Growth & Content Strategy

Develop and execute content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach on social media platforms. Plan, create, and schedule posts, videos, and stories tailored to each platform's best practices. Monitor analytics to identify trends, optimise content, and improve performance. Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions to build brand loyalty. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed.

Talent & Brand Partnership Management

Represent and manage talents/influencers, securing brand collaborations and media opportunities.

Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

Guide talents on brand positioning, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners for ongoing collaborations.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms for personal brands, influencers, or businesses. Strong understanding of content trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools. Creative, adaptable, and highly organised. Strong negotiation and networking skills for talent management and brand partnerships.
