Job Description

The community manager will be responsible for all interaction and communication with customers and audiences in all of the company's digital channels. He/ she is responsible for maintaining the voice, and persona of the company brands when communicating with customers and must ensure that customers are beingnurtured and responded to in a timely manner and with excellent customer service.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Must be knowledgeable in using social media platforms, messaging apps, website (chatbot) and emails.
  • Has experience working as social media community manager, online customer support.
  • Has excellent communication skills (English & Filipino).
  • Creative and can work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 monthsSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
