Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with proven experience in hospitality and lifestyle brands to elevate and manage our digital presence across different different social media platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, driving community interaction, and hosting live streaming sessions to highlight hospitality outlets, restaurants, and lifestyle events.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the social media content strategy and calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms relevant to our target audience Create and produce content (posts, stories/reels, short-form videos, graphics) with high visual and storytelling quality that reflects The Hey Co.'s lifestyle and hospitality values. Plan, manage, and execute live-streaming sessions (e.g., restaurant tours, chef chats, new menu launches, events) on appropriate platforms, ensuring smooth production and high viewer engagement. Engage with the community: respond to comments/messages, manage user-generated content, and build relationships with influencers / local partners / micro-influencers. Analyse metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion etc.), generate reports, and use insights to optimize content and strategy. Manage social media advertising budget (if applicable) and collaborate on paid promotions to drive awareness, reservations, foot traffic, or other KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven 3- 5 years experience managing social media for hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu; experience with live streaming tools/platforms. Creative mindset with ability to ideate fresh, engaging content, and adapt tone/style to different platforms. Data-driven; comfortable working with analytics tools. Able to interpret metrics and make recommendations. Excellent communication, coordination, time management; able to work under deadlines and juggle multiple concepts / outlets.
