Social Media Content Lead

to join our growing team and help shape the future of 1103.

Key Responsibilities

1?? Social Media Strategy

Build and execute creative social strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms. Plan campaigns that actually move the needle, driving engagement, reach, and buzz. Write scroll-stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human. Monitor performance, uncover insights, and pivot fast to double down on what works.

2?? Content Creation

Own the content calendar across all platforms -- ensuring it's relevant, timely, and impactful. Direct or shoot real-time, behind-the-scenes content and campaign-driven pieces. Manage edit timelines, oversee asset delivery, and keep quality and branding tight.

3?? Creative Direction

Assist and QC content across all formats -- text, visuals, video. Collaborate with designers, creators, and editors to bring bold creative visions to life. Set visual direction, moodboards, and shoot planning that align with our clients' branding goals.

4?? Cross Collaboration

Assist and mentor a hungry team of creators, editors, and designers. Set clear workflows, feedback loops, and content ops. Work cross-functionally with marketing, performance, and client teams to sync messaging and creative strategy. Bring bold content ideas to pitch decks and proposal meetings. Represent the creative voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations.

Candidates Requirements

3-5 years

of experience in content, social media, or creative marketing. Hands-on with TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and social trends. Can write like a human (with scroll-stopping power) Strategic thinker with a positive attitude and the confidence to take ownership. You can do the work and take charge to lead when needed Bonus: Has experience in beauty, automotive, or F&B verticals
