Social Media Strategy & Content


Develop and execute a clear monthly social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to grow reach and engagement.


Plan and oversee content calendar (product drops, campaigns, behind-the-scenes, viral trends).


Conceptualize and write captions, hooks, and stories that align with One18's brand personality.


Coordinate photo/video shoots and work with content creators or influencers.


Stay ahead of social trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.


2. Brand Marketing & Campaigns


Plan and run creative marketing campaigns to boost store footfall, online orders, and seasonal product launches.


Manage promotions, bundle drops, festive campaigns, and collaborations.


Execute marketing activities across digital and offline platforms (social media, emailers, posters, pop-ups, etc.).


Work closely with the operations team to align marketing pushes with product availability and bakery events.


3. Community & Engagement


Build and nurture the One18 community through interactive content, comments, DMs, and live sessions.


Manage influencer and partnership outreach to amplify brand visibility.


Respond to customer feedback and maintain a strong brand voice online.


4. Performance & Analytics


Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.


Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.


Optimize content and ad spend based on data insights.
