About the Role:

We\'re in need of a Social Media Manager who\'ll be joining our rapidly growing brand and marketing team. This team is at the fore-front of putting the brand\'s best self out in the world.

We\'re looking to add an individual who can plan, research, ideate, write, optimise and measure great content for Aspire. You will work alongside other superstars who are passionate to bring original ideas that make the brand famous to life.

What will you be doing?

• Become the go-to guardian for ongoing brand\'s content across multiple social platforms
• You\'ll be responsible for planning, researching, keeping track of competition\'s content, writing, improving and measuring the performance of the content that is created.
• The content calendar will become your living breathing document that you will manage entirely - looping in others like designers, managers, etc. when required.
• You will be planning ahead of schedule keeping in mind the brand\'s priorities as well as upcoming projects.
• Pushing the content into fresh and bold new spaces to improve on overall performance will be one of the key expectations from you.
• Keeping track of content\'s performance and recommending areas will also be your responsibility.

We would love to meet you if you have the following:

• Impressive, bold content ideas that deliver business results to show in your portfolio.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in managing content - planning, writing, etc.
• Having worked in Brand Marketing, Creative/ Digital Agency, PR, Content Production, editorial room or even as an independent content creator/ influencer.
• If you\'re confident that you\'ve got great ideas for creating content and that you can prove yourself if given an opportunity.
• You understand various social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and their nuances around what kind of content works on each of them.
