About the team
The Social Media team works across both B2B and B2C, creating engaging, insightful and visually appealing content and campaigns. From conception to execution and reporting, the team is responsible for being tuned into all areas of the business to transform the most interesting stories into content, working with stakeholders to showcase both the brand and the products we offer. As the UK team, we also create content with a global focus, covering topics such as DE&I and sustainability and ESG. Working across traditional and emerging social platforms and multiple campaigns, as well as both organic and paid social media.
About your role
Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will work alongside others in the team, playing a key role in delivering an ambitious, but achievable, Social Media marketing strategy across our B2C and B2B business units. You will manage business unit stakeholder relationships closely, serving as a resource to help amplify their content on social media. From ideation to execution and reporting, you will be responsible for project managing all steps in the process of social media content distribution. You will need design skills and an understanding of paid social media to be successful within this role, along with an understanding of other marketing mediums such as email, affiliates and PR.
About you
As this role carries a large degree of autonomy within your business units, you will need to be organised, innovative but, most importantly, able to manage relationships with your stakeholders.
You will need to have strong creative design and copywriting skills, to help align content with social media best practice, to help deliver incremental improvements in key social metrics.
Finally, you will need to have an eye for analysing data, to help communicate changes and updates to senior stakeholders in a concise, easy-to-understand way.

In addition:
Proven experience in social media online marketing and campaign management ideally within the financial services industry
Experience working on a wide range of social channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Threads, YouTube
Knowledge in managing both paid and organic social media campaigns
Comprehensive knowledge of social media analytics tools, with responsibilities including monitoring and analysing the performance of our social media campaigns
Social media community management skills, responding to customer comments and crisis management
Experience working with external agencies on budget management, asset creation and delivery
Experience working with internal stakeholders managing and delivering campaigns
Strong creative thinking skills, and the ability to conceive innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns
Up-to-date knowledge about the latest social media trends and best practices, with the ability to provide recommendations for enhancing our social media presence
Budget management across the Social Team
Excellent communication, copywriting, proofreading and editing skills with the ability to adapt messages for different social media platforms
Good design sense and basic graphic editing skills - image editing, asset creation and experience with photoshop
