The Role

You\'ll be responsible for developing and executing Paradigm\'s social media strategy to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive user acquisition. You\'ll have the exciting opportunity to shape our online presence, build meaningful connections with our community, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the crypto landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics.
• Manage all social media accounts (e.g.Twitter, discord, Telegram) and oversee day-to-day content creation, publishing, and moderation.
• Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, blogposts, stories, videos, and graphics that resonate with our community and attract new followers.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency of brand voice.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and participation.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
