Social Media Marketing Designer
to bring fresh, creative energy to our brand.What You'll Be Doing
-Design eye-catching graphics, posts, and stories for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
-Brainstorm and create content that speaks to a Gen Z + Millennial audience
-Edit videos/reels and turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
-Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns and boost engagement
-Keep up with social trends so our content always feels fresh
What We're Looking For
-Creative eye for design, layout, and social media aesthetics
-Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools
-Loves experimenting with trending formats (memes, reels, carousels)
-Knows how to make professional content fun, especially in finance/insurance
-Bonus if you can also do photography/videography
