The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to own and elevate our Instagram presence, as well as bud put our Shopify e-commerce store.
This role is crucial for establishing our brand identity, building anticipation before launch ("Unrivaled Presence. Awaits.").
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and execute a daily content calendar (posts, Reels, Stories) that translates the MIRRIS philosophy into compelling visual narratives.
Generate creative concepts and produce high-quality, minimalist content that aligns with luxury, aspirational, and quiet-confidence themes.
Write all short-form copy, ensuring the brand voice is consistent, sophisticated, and aligns with the strategic concepts of the apparel and our motto.
Curate and edit raw photo/video assets to ensure a premium, visually striking feed aesthetic.
Community & Growth:
Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and DMs and highlighting any important communication to founder.
Actively research and identify relevant influencers, style profiles, and strategic communities for potential partnership or engagement.
Monitor Instagram performance metrics, providing weekly insights on engagement rates, follower growth, and optimal posting times.
Operations & Scheduling:
Manage all post-production tasks, including tagging, geo-tagging, and utilizing scheduling platforms if needed, for efficient content delivery.
Stay up-to-date with Instagram algorithm changes and new feature rollouts to maximize reach and engagement.

must
possess the following specific experience:
Apparel & Luxury Expertise (Required)
Prior Apparel Brand Experience:
Proven experience managing the social media presence for an apparel or lifestyle brand, with a portfolio demonstrating a high level of aesthetic execution and visual polish.
Luxury Aesthetic Mastery:
A deep understanding of quiet luxury, minimalism, and aspirational content presentation. The ability to maintain a clean, high-end visual standard without relying on loud or overly trendy aesthetics.
Strategic Culture Knowledge (Required)
Deep Poker/Strategic Game Understanding:
Must have significant personal experience, background, or deep knowledge of poker. The candidate must be able to speak to the strategic mindset, terminology, and cultural nuance without sounding superficial.
Authentic Voice:
Ability to translate strategic concepts--such as risk management, decision-making, and psychological balance--into relevant and engaging content for our target demographic.
General Skills & Tools
Visual Storytelling:
Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute a compelling narrative in short-form video content (Reels).
Technical Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.) and social media scheduling platforms.
Copywriting:
Immaculate grammar and the ability to craft concise, powerful, and evocative short-form copy.
Self-Management:
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage deadlines and priorities independently in a remote, part-time setting.
Shopify:
Have the ability to design and build out a shopfiy store from start to finished product.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
